Beginner Lessons:

These lessons are a half hour long with a focus on learning the basics of communication with their horse.  Riders will learn the skills they need for a solid foundation in their riding. 



While we are willing to do two beginners per lesson, we would rather do lessons individually as it lets the students get the individual attention they need. Before riders can progress to the Intermediate Level Lessons we require a minimum of 2 Grooming Lessons.

Intermediate Lessons:​

Students riding at this level ​have progressed to the point where they are beginning to jump the horse and prepare for entering the show world if they are interested. By now, students should be able to get their own horse tacked for lessons and their horses will no longer be ready upon their arrival. 



Semi-Private lessons and small group lessons are available at this level. Please speak to your instructor if you are interested in this so a suitable partner or group can be found.

Advanced Lessons:​

 

At this point in their riding, students are working on fine tuning their riding skills. They are learning advanced techniques that will allow them to do higher level competitions as wells as strengthen their ability to work as a unit with their horse. By this stage in their riding, students should have their own horse and lessons will average one hour long. 



Group lessons at this level are absolutely welcome and if a student is interested in such lessons, their trainer will work with them to find a group that suits them.​​

Show Team Lessons:​

 

Show team lessons are between an hour and an hour and a half. In these lessons riders will be pushed to ride at their absolute best every moment of the lesson. They will spend the first half hour warming up under the guidance of the instructor before moving into working on different movements that will be asked of them in the show ring. What is worked on depends on the type of competition the students are riding in. 



We do make a point of grouping the students with others roughly of their level who show in the same discipline.
